1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

4 Account Registration and Management

One Account Rule: Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on m71a8 at any given time. 5 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

6 Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, which are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions.

Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have all associated bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings forfeited without notice.

Expiry: Bonus funds and free bet credits expire in accordance with the terms of the individual promotion. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from your account balance without compensation.

m71a8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Where a bonus is cancelled prior to its expiry, any bonus balance still active at the time of cancellation will be removed. Real-money balances are not affected by bonus cancellations.

7 Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All sports bets placed on m71a8 are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to the relevant sport and market, which are published within the platform. In the event of any conflict between general terms and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules prevail for that market.

Bet Acceptance: A bet is not accepted and settled until confirmed by the m71a8 system. A bet slip displayed on your screen does not constitute acceptance until a unique bet reference number is assigned and the corresponding amount is deducted from your account balance. m71a8 reserves the right to decline any bet at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

Obvious Errors: Where a bet has been accepted at odds that were clearly erroneous — whether due to a technical fault, manual input error, or any other cause — m71a8 reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake to your account. m71a8 will not be required to honour bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds. Players who knowingly exploit obvious errors to place bets may have their accounts suspended.

9 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
